Self-Care for Back Pain

· Improve your posture. Take a look at your posture in a mirror. Try your best to keep your weight evenly balanced when standing or walking.
· Manage your stress. Stress can contribute to pain and take a toll on your overall health. Try deep breathing or meditation to help you stay calm and relaxed.
· Exercise. Regular exercise will keep your core muscles strong. Yoga and Qi Gong are both gentle and effective forms of physical activity.
