Massage

Our muscles and bodily tissues require fresh, oxygenated blood to function well. The pressure applied during massage allows the therapist to assist your body in supplying muscles with fresh energy.

Therapeutic massage is wonderful for releasing muscular tension but the added benefit of massage is through the body’s response to the pressure. Moderate to deep pressure also calms the cardiovascular system, sooths the lymphatic and immune systems, refreshes the nervous and endocrine systems, and aids the digestive and respiratory systems.

Ilene Krenelka, LMT, our massage therapist, often integrates tools such as reflexology, cupping, essential oils, gua sha, hot stone, and warm bamboo into a session for maximum results.
